Out with the old, in with the new!  Get your winter housecleaning done.  FLC  is rotating their Clothes Closet to make room for winter clothing and accessories.  Items needed include sweaters, jackets, warm winter coats, scarves, hats, gloves, blankets, etc.  We also are in need of plastic and paper bags.  Bring in what you can to help those in need.

Bible Study opportunities abound at First Lutheran Church. Come for one session or many! All are welcome!

Sundays after the first service, Adult Forum features a potpourri of topics–something different each week! Hear more about the ministries of First Lutheran Church, learn about scripture and the practice of our faith, obtain information about community organizations and events, or just enjoy some time for fellowship. Fill your Sunday morning with faith as we worship, eat, and learn together, as one community for Christ. For more information on this study, please email info@firstlutheranomaha.org.

Heaven is for Real
Have you heard of this book? Have you read it already? Join us to discuss the book, and study scripture as we reflect on our understanding of what heaven is all about. We will be meeting as families for lunch on Sunday, February 12th at 12:30, followed by DVD and discussion from 1:30-3pm. So come if you are a family of 1 or a family of 6, there will be a place for you! Please register with Simone by Thursday, February 2 so that we can order enough discussion books.
