FLC Clothes Closet

Out with the old, in with the new!  Get your winter housecleaning done.  FLC is rotating their Clothes Closet to make room for Winter clothing and accessories.  Items needed include men’s shirts, t-shirts, pants, jackets, and children’s clothing.  Gently used coats, hats, mittens, scarfs and gloves, too! We also are in need of plastic and brown paper bags.  Bring in what you can to help those in need!

If you are in need of a sense of peace or guidance in your rushed life and our office is not open, please know we are here for you through our Dial-a-Meditation service at 402-345-1555.

Members Erin and Josh Branchaud are in the San Lucas Congregation in Grand Bourg, (Buenas Aires),  Argentina  to serve with the Young Adults in Global Mission Program (YAGM) of the ELCA this year.

A Message from Josh and Erin:

Thank You! With your help, we met and exceeded our fundraising goal of $8,000, meaning that  we are fully funded for this year as YAGM. We want to extend our deep thanks to you for all the  ways in which you supported us in our processes of preparing and departing.

Here are some ways you can continue to accompany us as we learn to accompany the people of Grand Bourg:
~ Pray for us and let us know you are praying for us. We want  to pray for you too.
~ Read our blog. We can only fit so much into one newsletter, so keep up with more recent stories, photos, and reflections online (
~ Send letters. We would love to get a good, old fashioned piece of mail from you! (Please note that it may take around three weeks to arrive).
